FACCEA Journal authorizes the reproduction, in whole or in part, of published articles, provided that the source is properly cited. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the non-exclusive right of first publication of their work.

All articles published in the FACCEA Journal are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license. This license allows others to share, copy, and redistribute the material in any medium or format, and to adapt, transform, or build upon the material, under the following terms:

  • Attribution (BY): You must provide appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made.
  • NonCommercial (NC): You may not use the material for commercial purposes.

Publication Rights

The FACCEA Journal is published in electronic format and provides open access to all full-text articles. Our journal follows an embargo-free open-access policy, based on the principle of promoting the global exchange of knowledge, with no costs to authors or readers for the editorial process.

Authors retain copyright and all publication rights without restrictions. By submitting their manuscript, the author agrees that:

  1. The work is original and has not been previously published.
  2. The author grants the FACCEA Journal a non-exclusive license for the electronic publication of the article.
  3. The author permits their work to be distributed and shared under the terms of the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0

Declaration of Authorship and Authorization for Publication

When submitting their article to the FACCEA Journal, the author(s) must sign a Declaration of Originality and Publication License for a Written Article, in which they confirm that:

  1. The work is original and has not been previously published.
  2. The author authorizes the FACCEA Journal to publish their work under the established open access terms.
  3. The author agrees to have their work published under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0
  4. The author agrees not to submit the same work to other journals while it is under review by the FACCEA Journal.
